Cancellation Policy

Please refer to https://www.hard-headz.com/terms Agreeing to this Policy Page means that you have read, and Agree on all Terms and Conditions within the "house" policy. The Client holds the responsibility of following all Studio Etiquette, booking and aftercare terms, any qualms hereafter must be discussed with the artist prior to booking or any claims of defamation/misconception will be null and your appointment will be voided, along with your deposit. No call-No Shows will be blacklisted unless contacted within 24 hours after-the-fact.
