APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING

 

• A pre-paid deposit is required before booking an appointment. The cost of this deposit will be applied to your tattoo.

• In the case of an emergency where you may need to reschedule, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment. If you contact me less than 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment without contacting me prior, your deposit will be considered forfeited and you will need to re-book with a new deposit.

 

STUIDO ETIQUETTE

 

• We are exclusively an appointment-only shop. Only individuals with scheduled appointments will be allowed entry.

• Only 1 guest is allowed per person.

• No drug or alcohol consumption 24 hours before your appointment.

• Do not apply lotion to your tattoo area within 12 hours prior to your appointment.

• Avoid excessive sun exposure before your appointment.

 

CONSULTATION

 

• In person consultations are encouraged so that I may create the best catered design to you

• I will absolutely not under any circumstance tattoo a design that was not created by me unless you have obtained explicit permission from the creator for me to do so.

• Please communicate with me as clearly as possible what you would like in your design! Reference images are encouraged.

 

TATTOO DESIGN AND PRICING

 

• Both custom designs and flash tattoos are priced by piece. 

• We will agree on a set price prior to your appointment, the agreed upon price is what you will pay after your appointment.

• Pricing is determined by the size of the tattoo, the area of your body on which the tattoo is going, and the complexity of the design.

• I will not tattoo hate symbols, or tattoos promoting hate in any shape or form.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

 

• If you are feeling unwell or suspect that you may be ill, please contact me via the platform you booked on to reschedule your appointment.

• We follow strict sanitization and sterilization procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.

• If you have allergies to minerals/metals please consult a doctor before booking

• If you have moles or asymmetrical skin patches please consult a doctor before booking

• If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, you can not be tattooed

• For clients who have recently given birth we require a waiting period of 3 to 6 months postpartum to minimize health risks. Please consult your healthcare provider before getting tattooed.

• You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed in the state of Minnesota.

 

TATTOO AFTERCARE & TOUCH-UPS

 

• Please give your skin at least 2 weeks of time to heal before contacting me regarding touch-ups

• If you are unhappy with your tattoo, please communicate with me so we can adjust or add to it to your liking.

• Touch-ups are available at the artist’s discretion within 6 months of the original appointment

 

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

 

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable

• Hallowed Girl holds the right to enforce debt collection agencies if you neglect to pay the price that was agreed upon prior to your appointment. Verbal agreement is deemed officiated. You may not negotiate the price after the agreement is made.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

 

• Hallowed Girl reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. This includes but is not limited to inappropriate behavior, hygiene, unrealistic expectations, or showing up under the influence.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

LIABILITY WAIVER

 

• By booking and receiving a tattoo by Hallowed Girl, the client acknowledges that tattooing is a permanent procedure that has risk of infection, allergic reaction and other potential side effects.

• The client confirms that they have voluntarily chosen to receive a tattoo and understands the risks associated.

• The client agrees to follow all aftercare instructions provided

• Releases Hallowed Girl and its artists from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from the tattooing process; including but not limited to allergic reactions, infections, dissatisfaction with design placement, or other complications.

 

PHOTO RELEASE

 

• The client grants permission for the artist to take and share photographs and videos of the completed tattoo for their portfolio, social media, or promotional use.

• If the client wishes to opt out of photos and videos they must notify the artist prior to their appointment.

 

SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND GENITAL TATTOOING

 

• Our tattoo shop is committed to maintaining a safe, respectable, and professional environment for both clients and staff. We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment. This includes inappropriate comments, advancements, or behavior. This policy also applies to clients requesting tattoos on or near the genital. I will not engage in or tolerate any inappropriate requests.

• You cannot make unwelcome sexual advances or comments.

• Inappropriate or suggestive language and behavior are prohibited.

• Unwanted touching or physical contact is prohibited.

• Any actions that make our staff or other clients feel unsafe are prohibited.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATING THE POLICY

 

• Any client or staff member found to be in violation of this policy will receive an immediate termination of the tattoo session or service, as well as a permanent ban from the tattoo shop. In cases of severe misconduct, legal action may be pursued.

• All reports of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and handled with confidentiality.

 

DISPUTES & AGREEMENTS TO TERMS

 

• By scheduling and receiving a tattoo by Hallowed Girl, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and terms.

• Signing this policy states that you understand you have communicated everything to Hallowed Girl and accept the terms and agreements

• Anything said or done during the appointment cannot be used against the artist in a derogatory manner either in-person or online. Any defamation will be subject to legal action.

• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local and state laws.
