The Client holds the responsibility of following all Studio Etiquette, booking and aftercare terms, any qualms hereafter must be discussed with the artist prior to booking or any claims of defamation/misconception will be null and your appointment will be voided, along with your deposit. No call-No Shows will be blacklisted unless contacted within 24 hours after-the-fact.
